Designer Handbags for Storage

There are a lot of reasons why women buy designer handbags. One reason could be related to style, another could be related to culture, and other reasons could be related to age, season, time of day, and time of life. Of course, these are only a few reasons why women buy designer handbags. But what about for storage? I am not talking about a suitcase or carry-on luggage. I am more referring to storing your everyday items (and even your husbands items or your childrens items) in your designer handbag for everyday use.

I know this might sound a bit simplistic and elementary, but I believe that storage is the main reason most of us carry designer handbags. Yes, we like to have a stylish handbag because we like to make a fashion statement, but the main reason is for the practical purpose of storage.

So when it comes to buying designer handbags for storing your things while you run errands, pick up the kids, or go out to dinner, think about some of the attributes you need to look for. First, you want to look for quality and durability. And not to be materialistic, but the international brand names such as Kate Spade, Coach and  Dooney & Bourke (for example) usually offer the best quality for the money.

And you don’t have to worry about a lack of storage when it comes to buying the major brands. Of course, some of the big names are better at certain types of handbags than others, but it you need a small handbag or a large one, you can bet that Kate Spade or Coach has a handbag that fits your needs.

And if finances are an issue (like it is for most of us), there is nothing wrong with going to an outlet store or waiting for a really good sale. And although I am not totally against fake designer handbags, I do believe that your handbag will last longer if you buy from a major brand. And if it doesn’t you usually will have a money-back guarantee with your purchase.
